Non-residential projects

With a career spanning more than 20 years, Joan Pascual develops architecture rooted in the territory, focused on landscape integration, functionality and the social value of spaces. He has been the author of outstanding interventions such as the Manacor Auditorium or the reform of the Plaça del Mercat, and has participated in more than 70 public space and facilities projects in Mallorca. The studio combines experience in the public sector with a contemporary perspective that takes care of heritage, accessibility and sustainability.
